Well, the big 10 looked pretty bad today. Wisconsin put on a pretty good show against TCU, but Michigan and Michigan St were borderline embarrassing.

Anybody who says that the minor conference teams can't play with the best deserves to be kicked in the nuts. The Ohio State president is number one on the list.

The SEC may be overrated, but it's definitely consistently the best conference in college football. It's not at another level like most of it's die-hard fans claim, but it's definitely the best of the big conferences.

TCU cheerleaders are, indeed, very nice to look at. Big props on the shorts.

Now that my pick-em is in shambles and I won't be defending my crown, I hope Oklahoma loses to UCONN.


edit: I'll never understand Wisconsin's 2 point conversion call. Clay was picking up like 10 yards a carry in the second half and you drop into the shotgun from 3 yards away? Granted, the play almost worked but still... run the ball.

There is this conference out here near me... it's called the Pac 10... you guys should check into it... we have teams like Oregon St. that are just solid, solid teams that can't even get bowl eligible... and teams like UCLA and Cal that consitently get hammered in conference that beat up on Big 12 and SEC teams pretty much yearly... seriously, it's pretty cool. If you ever have time, you should give it a look see.

The Wisconsin Coaches should take alot of blame here. They did HORRIBLE with clock management and went away from the run too long.

Stanford and Oregon are very impressive. Oregon St is Northwestern with nuts (big props on scheduling Boise and TCU this year). The rest of the conference... not too impressive this year. In my learned opinion... ND>SEC>Big10=Pac10>Big12=ACC=MWC=WAC>>>>>>>>>>>Big East

The bad part of the Bowls is that 5 teams from the same conference get to play on new years day. The system needs to be revamped. Big Ten 0-5.

Did the Big 10 do well yesterday? Are the TCU cheerleaders ugly? Is JoePa still a coach and not a macot?

I think there's a lot that made sense in this thread, I may be biased though.
