Sorry if this doesn't deserve it's own thread but I didn't want it to get buried in the gameday thread. For those of you that have Directv and didn't know this go to channel 210 or 211 if in your area the game isn't on ESPN or ABC. They are ESPN alternate channels and I'm pretty sure the game will be on one of them. I live in New York and channel 211 is scheduled for Washington at U$C. Hope this helps and works for people.

I know it will be available on espn 3 (via computer) so if it's not on TV here I'll just watch on that.

I'm puzzled as to why Stanford/Oregon isn't nationwide.. But I'll take it.

East coast bias bro. There is no way that 47% of the country should be watching ND/BC when 2 top ten teams who have been destroying their opponents to date are on at the same time. Ridiculous. I'm sure ND fans on the east coast are happy, but looking at it objectively, it sucks for true college football fans. It's why the Pac 10 gets no love, even in the years where they legitimately have a top 2 conference...

What a glorious game it was! Watching Mo Crum go nuts was a thing of beauty. What was it, two fumble recoveries returned for touchdowns?

DirecTV channels 210 and 211 are showing Texas/OK and Stanford/Oregon respectively at their given kick off times. If you want to watch ND/BC on DirecTV you are going to have to pay $24 for it. It will show on channel 790.

It's channel 457 on Dish for those who are interested.

Imagine if the Big Ten network controlled our broadcasts. Would cost a few bucks.

The game is covered in my area. But to tell you the truth, I would rather watch the Stanford vs. Oregon game instead. Does anyone know if that game will be aired on a different channel?

It's all about the Tres.

Most everyone has the internet provider to get on this and it provides a pretty quality stream.

In the Pittsburgh area it is rather confusing. WTAE/ABC is listed in the newspaper as showing the PSU game. ESPN is listed as showing MSU and ESPN2 is showing STANFORD. However the guide on Directv is showing ND on WTAE/ABC, PSU on ESPN and Stanford on ESPN2. The game is blacked out on ESPN3. WTAE will probably air the PSU game and ESPN will air the same thing. The ESPN alternates are list Texas vs OU and the Stanford games.

Does anyone know if you can purchase the game if Comcast is your provider?

I checked channelsurfing.net and so far for the 8pm eastern time slot they have Stanford vs Oregon and Iowa vs Penn St. on their schedule. There are also 2 more games list that are TBA. Hopefully one of them is the Notre Dame game, I'm not skipping homecoming for nothing!!
