I question this list for not having Zeke Pike and Gunner Kiel on it.

One of the players on the Lemming list -Aubrey Lewis Ath. NJ is the grandson of the late Aubrey Lewis a starting running back at ND in 1956 (and also played in 55 & 57).

the elder Lewis was a track star at ND. Lewis was the anchor on the Irish relay teams and at the time held the ND record for the 220 yd. low hurdles of :22.7 and the NCAA 400 meter hurdles record of :51 seconds (per the ND 1957 Dope Book-re Media Guide)

Another player on Lemming's 2012 list with ND ties is Eric Williams QB Jesuit High, Portland, Ore.
Eric is the son of Larry Williams an ND offense lineman in the early '80s (making a few AA teams in 83 & 84) before playing in the NFL.

A third player on the Lemming 2012 list with ND bloodlines is Jon Heck OL from Bolles High in Jacksonville, Fla.
Jon's father Andy played on the ND 1988 National Championship team and for the Redskins and Bears in the NFL. Andy is currently an assistant coach for the Jacksonville Jaquars

I know theres a long way to go and that we still have a lot of work to do in this class, but I am very anxious to get into next years class. I think we can make some serious waves coming off a big year this year. There just seems to be a lot of playmakers and stud qb's. I know a solid qb doesnt make or break a class, but no landing one in this class will set up perfectly for next year. Im just very excited about having a solid year this year and landing the number 1 class next year!!

We do have a great shot at a bunch of great QB's. Mauk, Crow, Pike, and Kiel are showing interest.
