Everyone,

The new edition of NCAA Football comes out at midnight, and I will be taking the day off tomorrow to play.

I want to get this game...but from everything ive seen there's nothing really great review-wise.
they only thing they apparently did was add the team-specific offenses...not much more.
so im gonna wait to get it.

it's getting really good reviews... they totally amped up Dynasty (online at least) and the presentation is much better... locomotion should make it far less arcadey... I'm stoked... getting it at 10 tomorrow.

I figured we should make this the PS3 Online Dynasty Thread. I edited the title. I should have the game tomorrow and we should give people a week or so to practice before we start.

Who's gonna run the thing? Who's in? It's a 12 person limit right? I doubt we're gonna max out, but let's get a list of people going. I know there's a little list in the other thread, but I don't feel like looking it up. I'll keep updating the player list.

I might take KU... give me about a day or two to at least see these new playbooks and such.... I really don't need a good team but I really am not that into ODs so if I am gonna do this it must be a team I can have some fun with either way...

btw, how is this gonna work??? We are all put in the same conference and play each other kind of thing or do we just recruit against each other and play the real schedules???? MAYBE play each other in bowls and such??

I'll take UNC. I say we keep the conferences and play a couple user vs user games a year. It keeps the dynasty moving a bit better.

I don't have a problem playing on Heisman if we all have to play on the same settings.

and yeah I highly suggest Heisman... I'd have to be out if it's under All American... it's just too dman easy and no fun otherwise

Yeah, I think people are just gonna have to deal with Heisman. If you suck, you suck. It's all in fun. People will get better as the dynasty goes on.

I agree, plsu for me AA is pretty damn unchalleging also... but if over half the peps here just can't handle Heisman then I'd be okay with AA...

the other thing that is just as important to me is time... if we are gonna do 4 minute q's where you literally get one to two posessions a half in a hard fought game that would suck...

either we make our own time (if possible) or it should be six minute Qs plus imo... again, I'm just talking from my experience in what makes this game enjoyable

Does this 2011 have the accelerated clock like Madden did last year? If it does, I'm pretty sure the default for Madden last year was 7 minutes.

I would be interested, I'm not great but it would be fun. My question is how often do you play your games? Like one a week, one a day...3 a day?! My schedule gets a bit hairy come August when football starts up, Although I could probably play one a day.

I'll have to look up my gamertag, last year was the first year I went online and can't quite remember what my name was.

I think you can set up the time you have to advance your dynasty. Every 24-48 hours, etc. I'll add you to the list.

EDIT: Just saw Camper's post. I really don't think any of us are gonna want to play a game a day. I still have to shit on people in COD every now and then.

I have to spend 20 hours a day on my Notre Dame Dynasty... that doesn't leave much time....

If you aren't starting it up for about a week or so, count me in. Going to try and pick a copy up in the next few days.

Since we already have 3 guys picking ACC team or considering it, why don't we try to limit it to two conferences. That way you play each other in conference and then OOC games can be with the other conference. If that's how it works, never played online before..

Added you to the list. Not sure that we should force people to play each other. Maybe a couple OOC games, but it might be hard to match up people's schedules.

Plus, apparently ACamp is some NCAA Football god. I'm trying to get some W's.
