Conor is the Grandson of ND Heisman trophy winner Leon and son of fromer ND player Kevin.
The article says that Conor recently camped at Michigan St. and 'has a solid list of scholarship offers'. Naturally it also mentions the strong family ties to ND.

Does anyone know if ND is recruiting him?

The intriguing part of the article states that Conor anchors the Brother Rice 400 meter relay team and has also run the 200 meters in an 'impressive' 22.75. It goes on to say that 'those events (relays) are usually reserved for wide receivers and running backs, not 250 pound DE". Also says- "Look for Hart to shoot up the regional and national recruiting rankings in the coming months."<!-- google_ad_section_end -->

I don't. Hard to believe that someone in the Hart family (he's a triple legacy, grandfather, father, and brother) hasn't called Kelly.

The recruiting services haven't seen to notice him either. There's a paucity of information on him.

Scout lists him as 252 with 4.5 40! (Another Usain Bolt)

ND has a another camp this month. He needs to be there.
