My first impression: This guy has got it "going on." He seems to be very intelligent with a quiet intensity that makes me, as a listener feel like he is a genuinely nice gentleman with the potential to snap at any time. Think he has "future head coach" written all over him, but we will have to see. While his intensity and dedication is clearly there, we need to see good schematics and solid fundamentals out of his defenses in order for us to have a successful year.
