Plays QB and DB. Had 1 reception for 53 yds as a Junior. Probably a CB or Slot Receiver at next level.

This kid is on my early watch list so hopefully we can sway him to ND.

I have a coaching buddy that is supposed to be working on some film of this kid. Hopefully I will get it this weekend. If so, I will get some of my students to show me how to put it on the computer and post it so you guys can check him out.

Alabama adds another big football commit ... and one in basketball

By Gentry Estes, Mobile Press-Register

April 18, 2010, 7:59PM

After yesterday's two commitments before the A-Day Game, rumors spread of a possible third commitment from Jackson, Tenn., cornerback Jabriel Washington (pictured), who was also in town for the game.
Eventually, Washington's father confirmed his son's Alabama commitment tonight to BamaOnline.com.
"I committed to Coach Saban," Washington told TiderInsider.com. "I'm very excited that Coach Saban will be my position coach. I'm being recruited as a cornerback or slot receiver, but I'm sure that I will be a cornerback at Alabama."
Washington, a 5-foot-11, 165-pound speedster, plays quarterback for his high school team. He was picking up loads of scholarship offers before the end of his sophomore season and is widely projected to be one of the south's top prospects in the coming year. Scout.com already has him as the nation's 10th-best cornerback and a four-star prospect.
He becomes Alabama's ninth prep commitment toward a 2011 class that is beginning to rival Saban's hauls in 2008 and 2009, each of which were rated by Rivals as No. 1 in the country.
