What type of system would fit best next year

Ok, so with all the speculation about who the next head coach will be, I want to ignore the rumors about names and start a more general discussion about what type of football would fit best given our (likely) players next year. This means no Jimmy and probably no Golden but everybody else is fair game. Obviously, a new head coach is a long term commitment (3 years being the new gold standard) but what type of D and O do you think will get us the Ws next year?
