cw's life is under a microscope and i'm sure it's extremely hard to deal with. i have the ultimate respect for anybody that's willing to work in that type of environment.

i really feel (and i've been one of the biggest naysayers here) that cw deserves another year or so to get this program back to where it belongs.

if, for some reason, he gets fired this season....it's going to be a long time before ND gets back even to where weis has brought this team. i wish charlie luck and have a tremendous amount of respect for his wife and kids and how they deal with the everyday popularity.

The only way I see CW getting fired is if they really tank the rest of the season. But I'm a firm believer that Jimmy's senior year will be the make or break season because there should be no reason not to be a front runner for a NC.
