Hey everyone, big fan of the site and obviously the greatest college football team ever, but I had a question

I have 2 tickets to USC/Notre Dame, which i am obviously pumped for.

I also have 2 questions.

1. The tickets say staff/student only, do i need some sort of ID to get into the game? This would obviously dissapoint me greatly

2. I'm driving to the game from Virginia Beach. What are the best places to stay/eat at/way to travel to the game

Look forward to a response with great anticipation

Go Irish!

1. Not that I know of, I am pretty sure somebody else asked and I think somebody said that nobody checks.

2. You can stay at my place if you give me your tickets.... Honestly I would ask some of the others on here who travel into town from out of town about this one.

When your user name trashes Mark May, i feel like i should give you the tickets and some sort of money or snack packs.

Thanks very much for the info...just kinda scared that I bought tickets and will be shunned. No body likes to be shunned.

There was another post a couple weeks back about this.

I remember a couple posters saying that staff tickets shouldnt be a problem.

Welcome to IE

If you bring snack packs make sure you have enough for everyone

Can't help you with a hotel room but unless ND and USC pick up some quick losses you should have a reservation by now.

Here's a link on our site of things to do and places to see on a visit to ND.

Here's a link to the Notre Dame Club of Southeastern VA which serves The Beach. Contact them at their website. You don't have to an alumnus. ND clubs welcome anybody with an interest in ND.

Directionwise you have a choice of I-64 to DC on the Penn T-Pike to Ohio T-Pike get off at the ND exit in Indiana or West to Charleston then 77 north or or through Cincinnati to Indianapolis. Rt 31 north from Indianapolis is a local highway and slow travel through towns. You'll probably get the best route/travel time from the Domers at the ND Club of S.E. VA. You might even connect with some others from the club to convoy with.

You might also find someone from there that won't be able to attend but already has a room reservation you could take over.

Welcome to NDSEVA - Notre Dame Club of Southeastern Virginia
