What does everyone think of the new shirt...is it like back in 2003 when they were sweet or like the 2004 ugly yellow ones.

i would say mediocre at best. seeing green or blue in the stands is much better than the muted gold. i still own one though.

I think every year, the color of the shirt should stay the same - a nice, bright Kelly green. Not the forest-type green of **gulp**2007. You can change the logo, but the color of the shirt should always be green.

I don't understand the beige. Very weird color choice in my opinion. Don't get me wrong, it goes great with navy. Navy and beige is for the office, not for a freakin' football game!!!

This is the first year I didn't buy one since I knew about them. Don't care for the sand color. It looks like a shirt you'd get for a volunteer event at work, a 5k fundraiser or a family reunion. I'd like it if they stuck to green also.

You guys know the free shirt Visa gives you at home games when you just fill out an application for a credit card??? I think that shirt is better.

I liked last years better. It is actually a shirt that i wear a lot that doesn't look like it was made for some crappy fundraiser. I havn't gotten the new one yet, will at the Nevada game but I have seen it and it looks ok. I do agree that the color should always be green, but every once in a while it should be blue.

I bought the shirt for my wife, son and me. I actually like the shirt itself just not the color. I would like to say I always get the shirt but I have only bought them since 2006. My favorites are 2007 and 2008. I can't decide which I liked more.

I completely agree. I like the green. The blue of 2008 was alright, but no more yellow or "sand"

I like the design, but like many others, I don't like the color. I almost bought the shirt yesterday, but I'd rather stick with the blue, green, or even gray shirts I already own...

Yellow is not a school color. Blue is, gold is. Green makes sense for obvious reasons. Yellow would achieve its purpose if we were the Fighting Bananas. We would notice the kelly green in the stands. Stick with the green and create an expectation of wearing green when you support the Irish in the Stadium.
