Worst: Decision to go for it on 4th and 9 against Navy with 30 seconds left. Don't care how bad Brandon Walter was, just a bad decision.

That game was on my wedding night! I sure caught shit for skipping out of the reception to the bar in the hotel to watch the 4th...but man it was worth it! My drunk uncle kept telling me...'it was a wedding gift from football's valhalla (he's a scUM fan, old ufer quote). Even though I found it kind of funny.

Who gets married during football season(at least do it on the bye week)? I thought that's what summer was for!..(jk)

Reality clinic? That's new. Man, that game sucked. Until the last drive anyway. I was there and the lack of offense was pathetic. The final drive was awesome, but until that point....yawn.

Pathetic. If it wasn't for Brady Quinn, we would've lost that game. The whole team played absolutely awful all four quarters, until that final drive. Quinn himself was playing terribly. He missed a WIDE open Rhema McKnight in the first quarter on what should've been an easy bomb for the score.

He has plenty of good calls, but as for the worst, I have to say going for it on 4th and long at the end of the Navy game in 2007 instead of going for the field goal, which would have given us the lead

Not the best call but my favorite call: Fake Punt against Penn State in 2006 when Travis Thomas ran it 43 yards down to the 1 yardline leading to a Thomas 1-yard touchdown to pretty much seal the deal.


Worst Call: Every play call against Navy in the 3rd overtime period in 2007. The only game i ever attended in South Bend.
