June/July is about the time i start to log back in to Irish Envy after a few months off. For those of you who wanted or still do want Urban Meyer (I myself did, but am still happy with Charlie thus far), here is what could be apart of the ND team. I dont know how to insert links so i guess just copy and paste it into your browser.

I think even the Gator fans are starting to get fed up. But with 2 National Titles how fed up can you be? They are the new Miami of the 90s.

I dont think ND administration would even allow this to go on but its still worth thinking about.

It's a matter of understanding the standard that is set at ND and not deviating from that standard. If anything I would say just look at IU basketball. You sell your soul for wins at any cost you might pay for it later. A good year in ND Football will reverse the trend of UM speculation.

I can't envision ND ever "giving it's soul to devil" by trying to lure that 'scum bucket' Meyer to coach the Irish! It's an arguable point to say he's the worst of the college coach "cheaters", but he would definitely fit in the top 4 or 5!

2 national championships............ STUDENT athletes need to be punished by the dean of the students, not the coach. If Florida wanted this stopped, the president of the university could stop it whenever he wanted to by punishing them, its not Meyers call.

I for one NEVER EVER want to see Urban Meyer as the ND coach. He is a win at all costs guy. That means stealing recruits, lying, looking the other way at crime, and breaking rules. NO WAY, NO HOW

Hey, it's not their fault. Think of the company they keep. They're just a product of their environment.

What is slightly annoying is that Jimmy Clausen is seen drinking/partying in a few pictures and 2 students get an alcohol arrest and its almost headline news. UF's players get charged with Felonies and it is a little blip on the radar or not seen at all. I cant wait for ND to be solid year after year again- tired of getting kicked while ND is down.

On another note, as annoying as Pete Carrol is, i do respect the work he does outside of the schools with gang intervention etc. And i actually think he is genuine about his work- not doing it just for show. Thats the difference with him and Urban- PC is proactive and works with the students/athletes who are high risk, so its a much less gamble whereas Urban rolls the dice and hopes nothing happens. Urban just wants whats in it for him and is a "what have you done for me lately" coach. I have no factual proof of that but its just how I percieve it. The saying "Perception is Reality" applies.

Hate him or love him, if i were an AD, I'd take PC as a head coach for my school.
