Did you notice that USC was in there twice in that sentence?
That was on purpose. I can't think of any scandals lately, but I know a person who works in Mike Garrett's office, and I also have a friend who knows many well-connected USC alumni, and it's obvious that USC is
dirrrrty. Joe McKnight had to miss some time last spring because he was academically ineligible, but magically he was eligible just in time to get his important work in. What a joke. I'd pay soooo much money to see Ray Malauga's transcripts.
True story: I had a USC student (frat boy) a few years back who got busted for doing some dumb-ass drunken prank, and the school forced him to do community service as a result. They had him do things for our school. So he was my teacher's asst for a few days a week for about a month. Anyways, he said he had a class with Mike Williams, AND MIKE NEVER STEPPED A FOOT IN THAT CLASS after the first day until the day of the final. And he passed of course.
He also told me about the 2 incidents involving Ray M before it was even known. Apparently Ray was a major drunk, and at 2 different parties he laid out a guy just for looking at him wrong. At the one where my t.a. witnessed it, he said that Patrick Turner and and another football player had to beg the guy not to press charges. And NOTHING ever happened to Ray Ray.
I don't know if this happens at other schools, but at USC there is a guy who is paid to drive around on a cart all day and make sure that the USC football players are in class. And those dudes are always in trouble with Mike Garrett because they miss class. My 'source' (LOL) says that the basketball players are fine, but the football players are constantly getting in trouble.
And you wonder why they didn't get Te'o???
