I didnt hear any comments, but Kirk prolly liked Clausen's performance(him being an ex-qb). Mark May got upset that anything at all about ND was positive, although im sure he will put a negative spin on it. Lou is like the rest of us....happy, relieved but not surprised at the win against Hawai'i.

Well I know Herbstreet before the game said hawaii was way too talented and we would lose. He bet 9 prestige points in that stupid game of theirs. Just wanted to hear what he said afterwards.

Lou was found wanding around the ESPN studios, muttering about those newfangled driving machines on the road and how Jimmy C ended up going 27-30 for 400 plus and 3TDS against USC this year.

Trust me, I love Lou. But right now, he reminds me of a Dustin Hoffman in Rainman. Replace "Fishsticks and Baseball" with Fighting Irish football, I think you have the same person.
