lol!...im gonna go break some beer bottles..lol
Oh thank God! I'm NOT the only one whose wife hates them right now.....I thought she was going to divorce me last week........Now I think I may wake up in the middle of the night with my throat cut! I'm hoarse from screaming at CW and most especially Clausen.........Can I send the bill for my Xanax prescription to ND care of CW?
Did you ever see the movie Falling Down??? I am just a duffel bag of guns away from being that guy!!!
Wake Forrest is beating Boston College at the moment.
I have recovered. I actually picked up a puppy and petted it.
Believe it or not, Ihatepaste makes a lot of sense.
I will be back after another shot of morphine.
Oh Geez, what a perfect example of my mood right now. My glasses just broke.

I don't defend Weis vehemently, but I still think this team is a year away. This loss will either inspire greatness, or collapse the program. I think a group of champions will be inspired. They have to answer to the nation every day. Still not a fan of CW's offense. Nor his FG team.Coach Weis:"Basically, we were up 23-10 and we played flat most of the rest of the day."
"Coach, can you put your finger on why you were flat?"
"Well you are up 23-10, you count on putting the game away right there. We just didnt do it. We had back to back penalties.... etc..... not going to second guess it. "
I think the jury might be out on Coach Weis now. After a brilliant 2005, I am not sure now. I mean he took complete responsibility for the loss and didn't throw his kids under the bus, nor did he blame the refs.
I think we should look back on this site, this great record of Irish football and for those that defend Coach Weis the most vehemently. They still might be right.
I've worked with plenty of people who own up to their failures and, after enough failures, they are terminated. How many employers do you know that retain employees who don't have the ability to do the job just because they admit when they screw up?
Whate else do you like? The remember 2005 rhetoric? Were you saying remeber 2001 when Davie wasn't retained?
I remember my senior of high school football too. Should I hang my hat on that? Should I tell my employers, when I fuck up, that I was picked for the East-West Shrine Game in 1998?
He hasn't done anything besides cheerlead. I don't have any use for that....I think you're above that too. NDinLA is a Weis supporter too. But he doesn't bang the drum about past accomplishments; he lives in the here and now. He makes valid points about what's relevant now. 2005 is irrelevant; a distant, albeit fond, memory.
What I want to know is why is Clausen the QB when there is a kid on the sidelines holding a clipboard whose last name is MONTANA? I know he's just a freshman, but wasn't Clausen a freshman when he became the starter?
You do know that he wasn't even the starter for his HS team last year, right?

Actually i think NDinLA talks quite a bit about 2005.

Classic. That is all I wanted. Ihatepaste makes sense? Ihatepaste was making fun of you. ihatepaste might just be scoutgod. But thanks for agreeing with me.
..and yes Weis threw his team under the bus and blamed them for being flat and blamed the refs for 3 holding calls and took no responsibility.
Goodbye forever. Neutered ..... try not to commit any felonies...
oh ya.... Touchdown BC.
and I remember a guy named Brady who wasn't a starter at Michigan either.......

Greg?
Thanks so much to Pat Haden because now I know more about Arthur Jones than I did before the game. Heaven forbid he talk about some ND players!!! Especially the seniors!!! No, Pat, why not talk ad nauseum about the Syracuse guys. It's not like you are on the Notre Dame channel you schmuck! How about pointing out some good stories or anecdotes about some of the seniors who might not get in to a close game? I could hear him smirking at every mention of next week's game with SC. Thank God it's the last home game and I don't have to listen to the jackass anymore this year!!!
Please tell me this is a joke. You do realize that Nate Montana did not earn a scholarship. He is a great kid but will never play more than mop up time.

How long is our NBC contract? Hell, I am even worried about keeping that now. Of course half the country loves seeing ND get pushed around each week. I am so pissed right now I just realized that I have to buy a remote to replace the one that shattered and almost put my eye out.
