This team does lack balls. Charlie is just a big pile of impotence.
When you see Pete Carroll or Urban Meyer on the sidelines, you see guys who are intense, charismatic, good looking, and VIRILE!! They look like they've impregnated the whole cheerleading team. If I was a talented high school senior, that's the type of coach I'd want to play for.

the team is like a boot-camp, NO ONE is having fun. i loved it when toryan smith jumped into the end zone, id take the fifteen yard penalty anyday. he unleashed a spark that was DESPERATELY needed. and it was quickly put out by the coaches. its ridiculous and needs to change.

In college football today, with the current BCS system, it is not admirable to ease up on an opponent and not run up the score.

I realize that in our current position running up the score doesn't matter, but during Charlie's first 2 years we didn't really run up the score on anyone. This mind set is a loser's mind set. Charlie Weis is a loser. Bill Belichick is not.

and they should've stayed with it. we again realize that ND cannot pass the ball from under center. our OLine is much better blocking from the shotgun. it's no surprise that we go to something that doesn't work. i believe the reason we were passing from under center was so charlie could run his 75 screen plays. the genius is back.

Canning the coach is the solution to every problem. One time, in physics class, I could not solve the equation. News came in that a coach had been canned, and the problem was solved. It sure led to a whole new set of questions, but the cheerleader next to me...

WRONG. Ty's teams had aggressive defenses that banged up on each other while the opponent scooted off to another touchsdown, and an offenses that was offensive.

As stupid as this sounds. They almost lost the game for us but,, but, they did get the stop to preserve the win. I blame the conservative offensive playing in the final 9 minutes. And special teams. (esp. on side kick receiving team) What was it? Two or three in a row? What are the odds of that happening? They have lost two games by letting up. They need to bury teams and he just refuses to do it. I still enjoyed the game. We won. Now all the haters can talk about the "near" collapse of the Irish in stead of another loss. I wish they were talking about how we beat up on a smaller Navy team though.
