i'm not having a fumble issue. in my two games, he hasn;t fumbled once. and my first game, he had 144 yards and 3 TD's. 70 yards and 3 TD's in the 2nd game.

I use Armando Allen because he was fumbling too much and Allen gets around the corner really fast.

What running plays are you running? A sometimes get a couple good holes on power sweeps, but outside of that it is 2-3 yards at a time on the ground.

i've just been running up the middle and stuff. i use the highlight stick and pretty much break the first tackle every time so that let's me get about 5 yards per carry.

Not talking trash but I am pretty sure neither of you play on Heisman right??? b/c I NEVER break a tackle period and going out of the tackles when my back isn't on fire is an instant 5 yard loss... if you guys do drop me some tips please

I just beat Pitt on heisman and had my first great rushing performance... JA had 397 yards!!!! (He broke a 92 yarder early and stayed on fire the rest of the game) I found there is a major differnce between JA normal and JA when his circle turns red and starts pulsating...

basically run ISO's and Slams the whole game, he was unstoppable

My thoughts on the above and the game as a whole so far

-Michigan is 1-6 in my Dynasty... every week I'm like they HAVE to win today... nope
running the spread with those QBs will do that though

-My highlights are sick too, but Im not getting live any time soon

-Robert Hughes is GARBAGE in this game, no knock on the real thing, but in this game, he is as useful to my offense as the goalpost

-The pass coverage AI was dumbed down WAY too far this year... they go from superhuman AI to never cover a thing AI in one year... I have played all games of ND schedule up to UNC on Heisman with very little AI adjustments and have found running is VERY hard and passing is a cake walk every game... slants are unstoppable even for CPU...

-conversly they also dumbed down the AI on the user side and the cpu can light it up through the air with ease too... 3rd and longs are laughable this year... I can't stop them...
Standfor put up 400 yards passing in an 8 minute game on Heisman... ouch

-Picks are way too easy though, I know that sounds weird after the above rant but the only way I stop the passing game is through picks and I take a pick six every game, it's getting ridiculous.

-*** Question for Ramma or other noted NCAA experts on here*** I'm having a ton of trouble pass rushing... I can't break a block this year to save my life... 5 games in and only ONE sack. Are you gusy having the same troubles?? I don't want to play on All American b/c everything else plays fairly realistic on Heisman... I know Ramma typically takes someone off the D Line but I mix between that and a Line Backer, rarely ever using a DB until the ball is thrown... so, anyone got some tips?

-Recruiting mode "Quick Calls" is a great and highly needed feature... last year recruiting was SICK but it took too damn long... now you can speed it up when you need too.

-The game is still inferior to Madden gameplay wise but it made some leaps this year... I will say this is still the better game IMO due to the college feel, teams, recruiting and such but Madden plays more realistic game engine wise which is more a compliment to Madden than a knock on this game

-Allen is the truth.

I finally figured out how to pass rush... Trying to jump the snap is useless Just run hard with the DE away for a split sceond then crash in... got three sacks in the BC game which btw was EPIC!!!

down 31-13 at the half it was a disaster!! They returned a kick, pick 6ed me and passed all over me...

then the second half started... Hughes finally came through with JA hurt and Tate had ten grabs... final score 41-31 COMPLETE turnaround, I keep expecting thier offense to kick in and they never did.

AC although i wouldnt consider myself an expert when it gets down to where youre pretty sure that they are going to pass I run a dime cover2/3. I keep moving my D line around till the snap then I use the MLB to control the center of the field. It seems to me that the O line has issues with the D line moving around(or mayb its just in my head.) I gots about 5 or 6 user pic's and I just beat pitt last night. Hope I don't mess you up too bad.

I think it is best to take a LB or DB but I like to take a DE in obvious passing downs then switch when the ball is in the air... I get a lot of picks that way too... I'll try adjusting the line a bit more... I def have found that "jumping the snap" feature in this game does not work at all and it's best to just bull rush the O Line without it...

The cpu tends to light up my zone coverage... honestly the more I think about it it may just be due to ND'd defense not being ranked to high in this game... I played the Clemson FSU game in my Dynasty last night since both were 9-0 and ranked 2 and 3 in the country ( I like to play big games like that from time to time even though my Dynasty is w/ KU and ND) and I found FSU couldn't pass on me for nothing... so I am thinking once my first year is done and the ratings go up it may be a bit harder for the CPu to move the ball through the air, we shall see

to be honest i have been extremely busy lately and have only played 3 games total 2 dynasty 1 online... In all games 0 pass rush. i can only get to the QB if i manually control EJ who i start over John Ryan. try starting EJ. also manually blitzing a corner works

I went undefeated but was held out of hte title game... BSU's QB won the Heisman I beat USC with relative ease considering JA, Tate and Allen all got hurt in the first half... I was suprised I won after that... then I stoped UCLA on the one yard line with no time left and won the Fiesta Bowl by four points

Nice job AC. Beyond the first two games or so I hardly got any rushin yards, but threw the ball like a maniac. Which is backwards from my normal football video game ways. I'm a madden guy and will probably never play NCAA `09 again. I had to take it back to the video store last night since it was already three or four days overdue. I liked the offseason recruiting,was diffferent then what i remembered for whatever year I last played. Fun while it lasted.

It is just Florida International and there is a way to correct it if you want to play with them.

Purdue nearly upset me today but I survived, oh and recruiting seems to be a bit harder this year on 360... I dominated the first year now in the second I'm already in a spot where I have zero chance with ANY five star recruit...





God I love Summer Break, two more weeks then back to work

just beat washington 38-21. had a little scare in the first quarter. i fumbled in the redzone on my first drive and they picked it up and scored. then i fumbled the next kickoff and they scored on that drive. it was 14-0 in the first quarter, but i shut them down the rest of the game. i'm #7 in the nation now and #6 in the BCS standings.
