LaLota is being recruited as a DE. He's so raw that the staff doesn't know if they want him on the strongside or weakside.

Just watched Stockton's highlight film. This guy is a force to be reckoned with. I think Charlie and co. made a great choice in commiting to this guy early. The Hun defense is all around very good when watching the tape, so you will see many plays blown up from the snap. However, Stockton is always the first guy off the snap and sometimes is even a distraction to the Off. Center when snapping the ball. His Offensive highlights are similar. Always the first one off the ball, always chopping his feet and running downhill consistently. I have high hopes for this young man. His stock will continue to rise.

Reps are what make that little green set of dots go up. You get them when someone 'reps' you gives you reputation points for many different reasons- if you make a good post, if its particluarly funny, or whatever reason someone wants to do it for.

You do it by hitting the little white star- looking thingy (actually scales) at the bottom of the guys page next to the warning triangle who you rep and typing in a short message f you want.
