Beano is still alive? He reminds me of Weekend at Bernies. Can he even remember any game more recent than 1956? Ain't he relevent!
Sorry but no. Beano changes his mind about as often as most people change socks. This guy is worse than Tom Lemming when it comes to mindless Notre Dame worship. In all honesty, his opinion should mean less than nothing to anyone who follow college football.

I just think Beano is an old school guy who likes old school things. I don't feel like he is currently relevant. That is all. He just sets us up for ridicule with some of his unrealistic expectations that the main media then hold ND to.
I do think he is a great historian of the game, but I am not up for a history lesson when we are talking about the future of ND football. No hate here.

Oh No, Beano's talking about us again. He has been a bit of a curse to us and the only time ESPN, those a..holes, ever push his opinion is when he is wrong about ND.:banghead2
