Over on ESPN's NFL Draft page, the headlining artical written by Len Pasquarelli states that the Texans may be looking to trade up in order to draft Brady. Now I'm not an ESPN insider so I don't really know what the body of the article states and if the headline is just bait to get readers or if there is logical evidendce behind the statement, however, that could be a very interesting move. Though I would hate to have to see Brady running for his life again with a pourous o-line, it could be an interesting place to go see him play.
of all people, has just moved Brady up to #2 on his latest mock draft. Obcourse in doing so he does manage to throw a little insult out at the same time. This was published today, bit I will not link it because the
at the guy's comments. McShay was obviously caught with his pants down after all of his talk about Quinn's stock dropping at the combine, which it never actually did by all unbiased accounts. Now that even people at his own network are starting to change course on Brady, and all the talking heads are saying his stock is rising again, McShay has to save face by putting Brady at #2, but true to form he throws a back handed slap at the same time. If the reverse were true and Brady did not get drafted until the 10th slot because no one needed a QB in the top 9, I am sure McShay would have attributed it to his opinion of Quinn's lacking talent. What a hypocrite!
