Apparently Milton is on a school field trip today, so thats why he is announcing later tonight.

"Although Knox committed to the Bruins months ago, the firing of Coach Karl Dorrell opened the way for him to consider other options. He has been going back and forth, but in a possible hint of his choice, Birmingham Coach Ed Croson said Knox "was wearing a green hat" when he got onto a bus for a field trip today. Knox is scheduled to announce his decision tonight on FSN Prime Ticket."

I don't, we are ND. CW mentioned today that he won't intiate the contact with a commited recruit. They have to make the first move and then the ND coaching staff will be more than willing to return their call.

They had Clausen 8th last year. That should tell you everything you need to know.

Right on GG. ND and Weis have been handling everything with class and integrity...the ND way. We don't need to stoop to the levels of some others. That may put us at a disadvantage in some people's eyes, but selling your soul to the devil always ends up coming back to bite you in the end. We are ND - well said.

LA Daily News Excerpt:

Knox will be on a school field trip during the school day, then intends to head to Fox's studio downtown to make his announcement.

Since he returned from Notre Dame on Sunday night, he has been laying low. He changed his cell phone number last week, and is screening every call that comes in. All his attention is focused on the decision between UCLA and Notre Dame, that became a lot more complicated over the weekend.
"I didn't think it was going to be like that," Knox said Monday night of his trip to Notre Dame. "Just the people, they were so nice. I got a tour of the campus, they took me in the locker room and all the greats that played there, they have the jerseys. I got to touch the `Play like champions' sign and went out on the field. It was a really good experience."

"It gave me a lot to think about."

Croson said Tuesday night that he really didn't think Knox had made up his mind yet, and likened it to a voter waiting to decide who he was voting for until he walks into a voting booth.

"He's so impressed by both schools that it's hard to pick them apart right now, in this time frame," Croson said.

I would love to meet him in 2 years in a bowl game and have capt. Caveman annihilate him on every. single. play.

the stats would be something like this:
B. Cave sacks allowed: 0 pancakes: 63

He said that ND won him over on his first official visit, then once the football season was over with he had time to think about it and realized florida was the place for him, he just loved the players and the coaching staff.

Bama is now up to 32 commitments... i hate the SEC... its BS that they can do that crap and no other conference can. Cant the NCAA put a rule on that?

Saban is apparently openly talking about how he might be revoking some of the older players scholarships if their attitudes don't match up with the new direction of the program.

Translation: I didn't recruit them and I don't think they'll see the field so I don't want them here so I can try to sign 30 more guys next year.

We all know there is a 0% chance that Bama gets all 32 kids in school. Last year Auburn had 10 kids not qualify. O/U on bama is 5. Can we get that in the sports book?

Come on guys... Saban has to do that kind of stuff... he's a dick... he can't help it. It's hard being a dick... you're not very popular... unless you pretend and lie to people to make them like you... what kind of life is that? I feel sorry for him. He even kinda looks like a dick... and that's double bad.

Same with Urban Meyer... it's not his fault... he's psycho... that's a psycological condition... for football's sake people... it's a condition... he can't help it either. You think he wants to be a psycopath? Actually... he doesn't even know he's a psycho... that's actually a part of the condition. And you know what G.I. Joe used to say... "knowing is half the problem... err... knowing is.... err...... errr.... shit.... I can't remember what the hell I was talking about....

That's a condition... I can't help it... don't be mad.
