Ehret defensive end Eric Harper has signed a grant-in-aid and enrolled at Texas A&M, Ehret Coach Billy North said. Harper, 6 feet 4, 220 pounds, visited A&M's College Station campus this past weekend, committed Sunday and as a midterm graduate was able to enroll in school this week. Harper had been a Louisiana Tech commitment before switching to Texas A&M. He initially committed to Nebraska in July, but that was before Coach Bill Callahan and his staff were released after the season.

Will this make a difference in our favor with KLM?

Sure that will make a difference! A&M has 6 defensive ends(including KLM) in this recruiting class now. Four 4* and two 3*

I live in Kansas, and we pretty much can do anything you can do anywhere else. Despite the National view, its not all sunflowers and wheat fields. Its cool though you didn't offend me I'm just messin w/ you.

Yeah, from what he said it made it like he came very close to committing, but he decided to hold off and wait till NSD, but he really liked everything and he said the temp/weather wasn't as bad as he thought it'd be. He also said his mom seemed to really like it and be very comfortable with ND.

He said he still has one more visit to take and that'll probably be to Kansas, although he's not completely sure.
