Latina is far from unproven. He was considered for years to be one of the very best OL coaches around.
Like Weis said they did not get stupid overnight. So what happened? Why would someone so successful turn out badly? Hmmm...
I like Weis, but let's face it HE instituted NO full-contact practices. Tell me how a NEW OL guy can learn how to play the position if he is not allowed to actually practice it.

I agree. I also think ND's OL was mediocre in 2005-6, and was the worst OL in college football history last year. How long does he get?
