I say Floyd, Johnson, Rudolph(wont start but will play often), Walker, and Filer all have the potential to play next year. What say you?

I think that Robinson is the only one that will get the nod and that will probably be after injury to someone. The reason I say this is because there is a whole football team in South Bend that is pissed and determined to right it's wrong from last year. I guarantee these guys are working hard to not only improve their games, but to keep their spots on the depth charts. I think this year will be special much like the year in 88, when people were a little skepticle about the program.

I am not going to say any of these players are going to start, but that MANY of them will contribute significant important playing minutes. By saying that they will start is a slam on many of those players we currently have on the roster. We are returning almost full starting rosters and those kids have something to prove. Further, I do not want us to have to throw these young kids onto the field. This class is really special and they will contribute to many, many big wins. Give them time to mature.

After watching the All-American game, I'm gonna have to go with Goodman. Did you see his pass to Pryor (you know, the one Pryor dropped after it hit him in the numbers)? I think this will give Charlie a lot of options on offense. In fact, I'll put money on it that at some point next season, you will be hearing "Goodman to Tate for the touchdown".

i think that this AA game has caused floyd fever. Let's face it, Robinson is an EE, so he'll have an even better chance of starting next year. I don't think floyd will have been able to learn enough of the playbook in time to start, but he will eventually start by say, mid-season?

I picked 4 who I think will start a game:
M Floyd
E Johnson
T Robinson
S Filer
I think Floyd and Johnson have a chance to be a full-time starter before the end of the year, Robinson and Filer could contend for a start if an injury occurs.

Yea Floyd impressed me a lot with his body control and hands...He also has very deceptive speed. He will have a Kamara like role next season and will get more and more comfortable every game. TRob also has a great chance of PT and will def be a reliable backup at both Guard positions. Theres a chance Walker could get PT but I really think he needs to add some bulk to be able to deal with press coverage. Ethan Johnson will be a monster when he gets healthy. He reminds me a lot of Everson Griffin. He will get legit PT if he stays healthy.
