It says that event excepts bids till 8pm and pays out at 8pm. I put pay out after 11pm so I dont know why it says 8. when the game is over do I have to settle the bet???

that will come up after the time you set it to settle the bets. ie. the sportsbook closes at 6pm, set to pay out after 8pm. after 8pm, a box next to each option will appear that can be checked. check the winning bets and click settle.
