Reggie Bush Injured. But is He Out?

There are conflicting reports as to whether the Saints running back and 2005 Heisman winner might be out for Monday night's game against Atlanta, or out for the remainder of the season. What is clear is that Bush has suffered a partially torn knee ligament, that although does not appear to require surgery, it will take time to heal. An MRI indicated a tear in his posterior cruciate ligament. This injury would be a big blow for the Saints after their other top running back, Deuce McAllister also suffered a season ending knee injury in week three.

Bush has a total of 581 yards rushing (30th in the league), 417 yards receiving, with six touchdowns on the season.

I heard he bruised his butt. Apparently, he keeps the wads of money he took from the sports people while he was at USC in his back pocket.

A book is supposedly coming out, with quotes from statements he made wherein he acknowledged receiving and owing money.

On the NCAA side... if anything is ever done, it prob won't be for another year.

Last I heard, the NCAA sat down with the plaintiffs (I don't know their names) who are suing Bush for money. There are two groups of people, one group already settled with Bush and there was a confidentiality clause. The second group did not settle and are now suing him for benefits he and his family received.

i read about bush on fox sports they got a good artical about it. from what they say bush could loose his heisman, and usc might have to give up a national title. but nothing has been said from the NCAA that i have read about.
