I think the recruits are smart enough to read past the opinions and notice that the bashing of other NFL coaches takes up only a paragraph or two, and thus the author must have an agenda against ND/Weis.
The facts of the lack of success are something they can see on TV on saturdays, so this article doesn't point out anything factually they may have not already seen themselves.
Remember, did the facts stop Jonas Gray and Michael Floyd from committing after we were 1-7? No, they committed in spite of that.

Plus, I think this shows a complete lack of ingenuity and creativity by the sports writers. How much intelligence and creativity does it take to write stories that everyone else is writing? I call it bobble-head journalism.
