And I don't think there's been any recent news on him. It may be until the Army All American and UA/ESPN games before we get another commitment. The next few after that might be on signing day.

I don't think we'll know anything more about TR untill we see how the coaching situation at Nebraska is resolved.

Well, Nebraska's last game is this weekend, so there could be an announcement on the coaching situationas early as next week. I can't imagine them wanting to wait too long because the uncertainty the coaching situation is having on recruiting.

I assume he's a fan of Callahan since he commited to him, so we should be hoping he's let go? (meaning T Rob would go elsewhere?)

I personally get the impression that he likes NU more than ND, or is at least more comfortable there. But he has also mentioned that one of his major CFB goals is to win a NC, so the longer Callahan sticks around the more coaching uncertainly there will be which great decreses the chance of a NC, as would a newer unproved HC if Callahan were to be replaced which is something that I think will happen. I think the worst thing for ND would be if NU fired Callahan and were able to replace him with a big name proven coach that will creat a big splash which would cause everyone to start thinking about a NC 3 or 4 years down the road. So basically I think the longer the NU coaching situation drags out the better it is for ND.

Very true point but this kid is just one of those old fashioned offensive lineman I don't only think his talents would boost Notre Dame but I truly believe he can bring in that Nasty element to the offensive line something we have been lacking all year. But don't get me wrong I am not downsizing the importance of Floyd and Omar commitments. I think this kid is just going to be a flat out stud.
