Sorry fellas, I am not above it. I HATE USC--With a deep burning passion.....I am a KU/ND guy from Kansas and I hate USC more than Michigan, Mizzou, K-State, any of them. I can't stand the Poodle's Curly Mullet, or the fact that Mark May would die a happy man if he could brush it. I hate that a couple of years ago Lendale White scored a td and ran out the back of the endzone and hi fived snoop dogg who was wearing a Lendale White jersey and standing on the field. Most of all I hate them for the Bush Push, I hated them before, but of all the times I have had my heart ripped out of my ass I truly believe that one may be the worst......(or in 93--BC, 12 years old crying in my parents basement). Anyway they have a great program, and I respect Carroll as a coach, but I reserve the right to despise them and will continue doing so.......I really hope they get sanctions for Bush's parents free house!

That would make my blood boil too. I didn't know they did that at ND's field.

Last year before the UCLA/USC game the Local ABC station had a segment "Top 5 reasons why UCLA/USC will win the game." The UCLA and USC cheerleaders for each team gave the reasons.

One of the reasons UCLA gave was USC's band only knows one song. They sang "We only have one song and it's really realy boring" to the tune of USC's "one song."

I thought that was funny. I guess I'm in my own little world today.

Why do we hate USC so much? Phantom TD's, pompous fans, Anthony Davis. I live in L.A. and am surrounded by these obnoxious USC fans and alumni. Come to L.A. and you'll soon find out. Why do you think I go by "BeatSC"? My whole year points ot his game.

In LA too... it wouldn't be so bad if they ran a legit program and thier fans knew jack shit about cfb... I asked a group of shit talking SC fans who their QB was before Matt Leinart...

Must say that one of the highlights of my time spent in the Band of the Fighting Irish during the Faust years was singing the song back at them as we pummelled them (I think it was 1984). I think that was also the year that the Observer got in deep doo-doo for a suggestive caption under a photo of the USC cheerleaders.

From one Star Geek to another...agreed. At least until we have a defense that warrants that song. I hated playing that song when I was in the band after we turned the ball over in our own red zone. Play it after a big play, perhaps? But not when your D is giving it up like Paris Hilton on the night vision.
