This has been on ESPN starting thursday night. Every time I watch it I get fired up. I really think he wanted to make this speech to ND. I hope Charlie and the team got to see it, classic Lou. This is probably what he did best as a coach, motivate and inspire his teams to do great things.

Lou Holtz is a great Speaker, I have seen a couple of his Motivational speeches and he has a rare talent. He is as engaging a speaker of anyone I have ever heard, and got more out of his players than most coaches could! I LOVE CHARIE BUT MISS LOU'S pacing on the sidelines!!

I once attended a seminar where Lou was the guest speaker. His motivational speech literally gave me goose bumps! later that next year, Lou and the Fightin' Irish won the National Championship!!
I miss Lou but Charlie is going to do EXCELLENT!!
