LSU won a "portion" of the national title under Saban according to ESPN... I pay close attention to the wording on this matter why?? Because I'm a nerd and I hate the SC/ESPN connection... I have noticed in the last two/three years they RARELY if ever mention "sharing" anything when they talk about SC's "title" that same year... the one they have no right claiming...

but now the team that won the BCS title on the field simply won a portion of it...

Now I'm all upset, what a way to wake up

They each have one, LSU has the coaches trophy, and SC has the AP trophy.

Remember that SC was a clear #1 in both polls going into the bowl games. That's acutally one of the main reasons the AP pulled their poll out of the BCS formula.

i think to share a national title is stupid... why should a team work hard all summer and fall long to have to share a title? in my opinion the national champion should be the best team in the nation.. not the best "teams".
