I do agree that using the N word is offensive and needs to be stop. But to have a funeral make's you look foolish and looking for media attention. The N.A,A.C.P. will alway's be one of the most influential organization's in history. Now let me get this you can't use n....r, but the N word is good. Don't it means the same thing ? I guess the Black Panthers will bury that word next.

I was debating on whether to rant or not on this topic as I seen it earlier yesterday on CNN.COM. I wasn't going to but aw forget it here we go...

We got to many issues in the black community than the friggin' n word. How about the fact that you are considered a nerd and/or "white" because you go to SCHOOL to get an EDUCATION? How about the get rich mentality that so many of our youth buy into today because of idiotic rappers? Treat women like trash, find ways to get rich or die trying, bash the young people, don't let cops do there jobs (God forbid we get called a snitch
See: Carmelo Anthony, Cam'ron etc), be contempt with hopelessness in our community and... bury the n-word.

Understand that I work/volunteer in the community that I live in. My group goes to the projects and get kids to come to church every week. Also being a youth leader, I see the crap that is dumped into these 5-12 year old kids. We have a murder rate that is ridiculously high. These kids know more about selling drugs than they do about proper english. AND YOUR TELLING ME THE BEST WE CAN DO IS BURY THE N-WORD??? We have a chapter in our city and I see them doing absolutely nothing with anything. This is not news or an issue. Nobody in our community cares about this. They care about being able to go outside without being hit by a stray bullet...
