He talked about Quinn, a charity function, and that he expects to be in a different place in 5 years, than he is after 2 years.

He's content with how the program is after two years..but not happy. If the program remains exactly the same after 5 years has elapsed..he would be neither content nor happy. He expects within the next 3 years to be where Irish fans want to be.

CW isn't going anywhere read the sb trib they are part of the community now they are enbedded hear for the duration...they just got their community home for the challanged deal passed. I don't know why people can't understand the ND really is his dream job
