Elephant boy's gay Basketball thread brought up a great discussion... what are everyone’s fav. "B" movies???

I'll start with a top three...

1.) Dawn of the Dead (The O.G. 70's one, not the BS remake)
2.) Warriors (Most quotable movie this side of Full Metal Jacket)
3.) Night of the Living Dead (again, the OG version... love me some zombie flicks)

I'm going to have to go with Clue. It's based off the board game, and is very very funny, it will still occansionally be shown on Comedy Central from time to time.

It's from 1985 and the cast includes...

Eileen Brennan
Tim Curry
Madeline Kahn
Christopher Lloyd
Michael McKean
Martin Mull
Lesley Ann Warren

1. Kung Pow - totally cheesy but I did crack up.

"That's alot of nuts!"

2. Maximum Overdrive (80's) - with Emilio Estevez- comet makes all machines turn against people - total B movie

3. Duel (80's)- with Dennis Weaver. He's in a red car being chased across the desert by an 18-wheeler.

I got one no one has mentioned yet... a ridiculous premise, and horrible effects make this one, one of the funniest movies ever...

Killer Clowns, from outer space.

anyone else seen this one?

I have and like you said it is a great movie. It's one of the biggest cult movies of all time. I would put it in my top 5. I am partial however to the great Jack Burton (one of my favorite movie characters of all time).

Killer Clowns from Outer Space and Maximum Overdrive are two of my favorites and two gems in my DVD collection.

My favorite indie movies are Swingers and Being John Malkovich and my favorite foreign indie films are El Mariachi and Shaloin Soccer.

Not the best, but "Team America: World Police" by the South Park guys isn't too bad. Plot is OK, but the songs are what make it really good. My fave is "America! F*ck yeah!"
