Does anyone think we can beat Georgetown? With all that size they have and how hot the team is playing as of late? I hate to say this but I predict 79-68 Georgetown. Now then, I will of course be rooting for the Irish but I just dont think they have the depth to compete with the depth of Georgetown. The game is at 7pm tonight and I believe its on Espn. Go Irish.

I think we showed what we're capable of. I wonder if we can get a 5 seed after taking G'town to the limit tonight.

I'm proud of the way we played, and I'm also proud of how the team wasn't satisfied with being competitive. Russell is going to be a man on a mission in the tournament.

I feel like I just got kicked in the gut. What a heartbreaking loss, but I am damn proud to be an ND fan b/c those kids show so much class and heart. Down 7 with a little over 4 to go they could have easily packed it in, but they didnt. It would be absolutely armed robbery if they are not at least a 5. If they are worse than that, it just proves the committee is a bunch of robots and doesnt actually watch any games. GTown is a great team, and Jeff Green is very deserving of BE player of the year, and ND hung right with them. Good job Irish, we are proud of you! On to the Big Dance!!!!

He is really good, he should transfer to Cincinnati. My basketball boys need him more than Brey does! Of course,we need the whole team, not just Jackson.

Good game, but lost to a good team! Lets get ready for the NCAA now. Tory Jackson kept the Irish in it late, I thought he should have taken the last shot because he was hot at the time. I can't fault Carter because he got a good look he just missed it and he played a good game.
