Where could I find a list of players who were freshman this season but did not play in a single game?

if you go to scouts then under the recruiting tab, select eligibilty, and then at the top of the chart switch it over to 2007 from 2006 it will change and show you who has received a redshirt. I don't know exectly those that haven't played in a single game but if your just looking for redshierted guys this will answer that.

Dont' forget that even if they played still doesn't mean they can't come back for a 5th year. If they played 20% or less of the season they would be eligible based on NCAA rules.
