It's Tony! Figured it was about time to get my *** back on here again. I'm a Senior (High School) and it's been rough on me recently, with lots of work and trying to get that GPA as high up as possible, meeting with the girlfriend, etc. You know the drill....

Anyway, I want to applaud the mod's here....they have done an excellent job with the recruit profiles, and taking care of IrishEnvy in general. But I will be back for the next couple weeks, and trying to be around more active in general because this site really does rule.

The 2008 Recruiting Season is coming along fast, and I will be working on getting some interviews with recruits, and some other cool recruiting features. Despite what you may think, I follow recruiting a ton and do have some inside sources. Anyway, Ill be updating the front page and other things over the next couple weeks. Go Green and Go Irish!

Think you're busy now.....

Get a job, get married, buy a house, and have a couple kids. That's busy. And it's gets better because the older the house gets, the busier you get and the older the kids get the busier you get. Since time has a funny way of aging everything equally you become exponentially busier as your body because less willing to deal with it.

To quote Mellencamp "Hold on to 16 as long as you can"

Haha, not if you're smart and take all the hard classes you can during your JR. year, and if you think the homework is bad now, just wait untill you have 12-16 college credit hours.

Goshen, i was referring to the college applications etc....the workload isnt to hard compared to Jr. year i dont think....but one of the girls im talking about scored 2310 on the SAT's and got denied by Princeton (im still trying to figure that out?!). About my current hw, i think its not way to hard but not easy now...although i might be going to private school next year (to Barry Gallup's HS's rival school actually if i get in) so there the workload will be more

Yeah...high school is one thing and college is a whole other beast. And then juggling your athletics in there...it is tough. I had one hell of a time trying to find time for studies, beer, the golf course, damn baseball practice and games...oh yeah, and going to class...forgot about that one. :) Good luck Tony.
