Ok, this one is going to be a little bit tougher. The QIR 179 recruits come from 32 different states (listed below), and the District of Columbia. Among these 32 states which state had the highest per capita # of recruits, and which state had the lowest per capita # of recruits. The per capita is based on the 7/1/2006 U.S. Census Estimates. Do not include the District of Columbia, (they actually have the highest per capita) and do not include any state that did not produce a recruit on the list. The QIR 179 listing at this link:

Louisiana?

I'm trying to make this a little bit more difficult, so there is a 2 part answer required, one for the highest (or best) per capita, and one for the lowest (or worse) among the 32 states on the list.

You are right Famboo, Louisiana and New York are the correct answers, and you are the first to get it. $25,000 vBucks will be on their way to you shortly.

Florida, California, and Texas are very impressive in producing elite recruits, but considering their size, Louisiana, Alabama, and South Carolina are much more productive. If California had the same per capita recruit level as Louisiana they would have had an incredible 77 recruits on this list. I said it before, and I'll say it again, what do they feed those boys down on the Bayou?
