Per Lucky, the AM boards are saying he has been busted numerous times. Not debating on rather it should be legal or if kids should be kids. But come on...regardless of situation if your coach tells you to stop more than once...then just follow the damn rules or face punishment.

You sure can, even if the license is completely valid. Happened to me about 2 years ago in Nashville, TN. Went to work one day and forgot my wallet. Got pulled over, issued an arrest citation. It's not a ticket, it shows as an arrest on my record. Went to court showed them my valid license and charge was dropped. Still have an "arrest" on my record.
