I have seen this kid play in person twice this past season.
The kid is fast and physical. When he hits the corner no one at the high school level is going to catch him. He has size to run inside and is powerful at the point of attack. Gets better as the game goes on and runs like a locomotive through the secondary. Missed parts of three games while playing with broken rib so stats could have been a lot better. Plays in a tough league and will be one of the leaders for the AZ POY. I haven't seen him catch the ball out of the backfield. The offense he was in didn't throw much to the backs as they had a couple of speed receivers and a nice TE. Looks like he is jogging until you notice defenders falling out of the picture. IMO we would be lucky to get this kid. He could be the gem of the recruiting class.

I have only seen him play RB. He is an extremely talented player. If we get him we will have to beat out OSU, AZ, VT, and Clemson. Those and ND are from what I understand are his top choices.

I am sure he will be a national recruit. He looks pretty talented.

This coming weekend (June 24), Womble will be attending the Notre Dame camp and he also plans to attend the North Carolina camp. "Both Notre Dame and North Carolina seem really interested," he said. "They really want to see me at camp and I think they'll probably offer. I love the tradition at Notre Dame and how they develop running backs.

Who? :whoknows: Just watched his film and I like his style. Like a previous poster said he looks like he's jogging but blows by the defense. He also pounds it through the line. His coach said he has hands like T.O. (hopefully not the personality). His dad was/is in the army so hopefully the work ethic rubbed off. My question is what's the competition like? It looked like the guys he was running over were a bunch of little white guys. Overall I like him, although i'm not sure if he'll get an offer.. but maybe since we're out of it with McGuffie and Scott. If he does get an offer I'd really have to wonder why Jonas Gray didn't get one.

We'll be making the trip over to ND for a one-day visit/camp day
He's really excited about the visit and if an offer came ND would be in his top 3

A past poster asked why the locals havent offered. ASU has but no UofA.
UofA is switching to a morepass happy offense and really wouldn't benefit to be in that system. Plus he not a homer of AZ being from a military family.

Junior year -- 180 Carries, 1250 yards, 15 TD's
Sophomore -- 114 Carries, 732 Yards, 8 TD's

He showed some pretty good hands in one of the recents camps also.

Jonas Gray AND Milton Knox. Carlton Thomas can end all this now if he would like. If we do offer Womble or Knox, Thomas might miss his opportunity.

Unfortunatley the flights leaving Phoenix were changed and we were unable to make it to make the camp for Monday.
We're going to try and reschedule at least a visit to the school before July 9th

Question: If the article is just a headline or a tease then why can't you post a link to it? If it revealed all of the premium info i'd understand but why not the teaser?

I'm not sure of all the legal ramifications but I do know that was one of the things that Rivals and Scout cited as problems to Svo last fall. Therefore that is one of the rules now. Plus you can only link to free articles from those sites, no copying, and pasting even it's free info.
