Still, I would have liked to see him perform right there with Leak and Smith, and show who the better QB truly is.

I disagree. BQ is such a hard-core competitor; I don't think he'd sit out unless he really couldn't play.

I'm not saying he didnt want to play, just maybe that the agent told him it wouldnt do anything for his draft status. Who knows.

This is no doubt an agent decision. When did this injury occur? Around his house? Maybe, maybe not. Picture him having a bad game and or getting hurt in a meaningless all star game (a game that nobody but people like us know is even happening.). His great draft stock would plummet. He did not have the best possible senior season and for something to go wrong in this game would be money out of his pocket. He is a seemingly good guy who probably does not lie that often but that is why guys hire agents. $$$$
