This is all speculation but........

On the 4HL, there are rumors that Minter is gone and Ken Norton Jr. from USC has taken over at DC.

If there is any truth to this, it will come out tomorrow.

That was my initial gut reaction.

Most of the posts regarding this are on the main recruiting board at rivals, but there are three or four threads about it in the 4HL.

The threads however post a supposed fact that Norton will be flying to South Bend on Monday, but Weis will be in San Antonio till Wednesday at a coaches conference of some sort.

Who knows really, but something will come out eventually that will be definitive. Everyone acknowledges changes will be made, and I think we can all safely assume the number one priority is DC.

IMHO...and with all due respect, "WE" are not on the staff and "WE" don't get a vote on this matter so no matter how much "We" have been doggin him all year really has no relevance as to whether he'd be a viable candidate for the job. If things progress to the point where Minter is gone and he may be an option for the job, I'm sure that "WE" will embrace him as our own and the doggin will have long been stopped.

I still think people are mixed up about this question, could the orignator please clarify? Is this, "Is he coming back?" (something we have no control over) or "Do we want him to come back" (something we have some control over, but no way to put into practice).

I, along with many, do not really want to see him back, but I also think he's going to be back whether I want him to or not.
