"He's not one of those young guys who comes in and beats his chest about being in the league," Hilliard said. "He understands what the NFL is all about, and he takes coaching well.

"That's why it was great to see him go out and make plays, and it was great to see him so excited about instead of just being happy to be out there. I think he's going to be great for years to come."

Yeah he did a good job in the game there. About pushing Clayton out of the starters role, idont know. that will be a tough job too, unless clayton keeps playing like he has.

Jon Gruden has had it a bit rough since winning that Super Bowl, eh?

The one he won with Tony Dungy's players?

The firing of Dungy was the second-crappiest personnel decision I've seen in a while, perhaps beaten out only by the follow-up act of trading several draft picks and a boatload of cash to pull in Jon Gruden. Tampa Bay has sorley missed those draft picks the past few years as the Bucs have gotten older and older and thinner and thinner. All so they could replace the man who brought the first true respect to Tampa Bay's football team with Mr. Flavor-Of-The-Month.

Shameful. Just shameful.

This is the type of article that displays the value of great coaching. One of the highest regarded recruits who fell off the NFL draft board until he got a new coach. The new coaching developed NFL value in his ability to do the 'little things', and then the player was able to maintain it because the lessons he learned stuck with him.

You can have all the talent in the world and go nowhere without good coaching.

I think all the talent in the world can get you into the NFL, coaching or not.....

Look at Arnez Battle in the NFL....Or are you guys saying it was Willinghams coaching that got him there?
