Too early to tell really...but hey, I wish all the QBs the best. I hope the best of them rises to the top.

Yeah, I think DJ is the back QB right now if it really came down to it. But I think Jimmy will be the starter next year.

He IS hungry for knowledge of the game and also if you havent noticed; he is a signal caller to brady quinn alot. I think he is one of those decoy signal callers. I'm not so sure if Weis will use him at Quarterback with the likes of Claussen and Frazier. He more than likely will be used at a receiver or db maybe.

I don't know, but I love to see players in there even if they're not part of the game. It really shows those that are trying to put it all together. I don't know what his fate ulimately becomes, but he WILL make his mark somehow.

Yeah, did you also notice Frazier and Sharpley next to him also? Its kinda weird that the backup QB's are standing next to the head coach.

I think he means JC will get stuck in the 2-deep and not start or even play till his JR or even SR year. I don't think it'll happen though.

Demetrius has in fact been trying to get used to taking plays, getting used to coach Weis's tendencies. It's great to see, it should pay off for him. NOTE: yes the other QBs are there, but who do you ALWAYS see sticking his head in there trying to get a peek at the play? #4.

Exactly, thats what backup QBs do. Sharpley always has his helmet on (also always next to Weis), DJ is sending in the plays, or acts like he is. If this were the NFL DJ would have a clip board and a pencil behind his ear...why? because he is not getting in this year. I doubt he will be behind center next year as well.
Get over it guys Sharpley is starting next year.

We won't know for certain until next fall, but I would put my money on Sharpley as the QB starter opening the 2007 season.

we haven't had a chance in h@#$ to see what the other qbs are made of in a game situation.

If jc does start and we have a terrible season, it will be because he's a freshman and then everyone will want his head off. I'd love to see a DJ/Sharpley mix going on...... with JC learning with a possibility to start the 2nd half of the season....
