Neat little story here. Didn't assault the girlfriend, yet was still 20 years old, driving and intoxicated while doing so.

Your not actuall defending Alex Boone here are you? He was involved w/an DUI accident w/injuries. He tried to flee the scene but his truck was knocked out of action. When they got him to the police station he blew a .001 under double the legal limit. Of course being twice the legal limit is a felony and automatic 30 days in jail. So Tressel better make sure he has those to Ohio Troopers names on his christmas card list. So what was Tressels punishement for Alex Boone? Oh, ya that's right, no missed games, no missed practices. The matter was handled internally. What does that mean? Double secret probation and no pudding for a month? Sorry, I have NO respect for that program.

In principle, I hate the idea of a rematch. If we'd won, I'd be adamantly against it. So I know how O$U feels. And since a rematch would really piss them off... I'm for a rematch just because they're so against it.

tOSU looked in control, then they started doing some really dumb things and Michigan took full advantage.

I get a feeling it is going to happen. Too many two loss teams will hover about and Notre Dame getting the nod over Michigan would be pure fiction to me, a dream come true. I don't see the humans doing it that way.

Perfect sense. I would HATE to see a rematch and don't think UM deserves it, but I understand where you are coming from as a UM fan.

Also, I watched the game with 3 OSU fans and 1 UM fan. All are friends of mine. When it comes to football, the MIchigan fan showed a TON more class they the OSU fans did. He didn't gloat when UM was winning and he never made an excuse when they lost. The OSU fans were ridiculous. Overconfident doesn't describe it. I just kept telling them they sounded like USC fans last year and look what happened.

On that day, you're probably right. ND turned the ball over 5 times against Michigan, with two being returned for scores. You saw what happened. It's hard to recover from those mistakes.

Michigan didn't play a perfect game, either. That helmet to helmet hit on Smith that kept an OSU drive going was one of the dumbest plays I've seen all year.
