Brady's a near unanimous #2 (Some bozo put Colt McCoy at 2 and Brady at 3). This puts Brady in a position to gain a lot of ground in the next three weeks. 2 games against bad defenses to boost stats, and then a nationally-televised rivalry game a week after Troy Smith ends his season against a defense that let up 31 points to Oregon State.
Meanwhile, Troy Smith has one more stat padding game, which he'll need to have comparable stats to Quinn, before facing the only defense that has made Quinn look human for 4 quarters. Same defense that absolutely destroyed Drew Tate and Anthony Morelli (and Morelli's backup). Also, looking at the press aspect, Troy Smith ends his season a week earlier than Brady. Which means all the Heisman Hype for that last week will be solely on Brady Quinn.
Now that Quinn is in a solid #2 position, he's in a good point to take the award home if he has a good game against USC.
