Yeah, it was a neat twist but there was nothing to it. They rushed through it.

The Lyla scene was certainly Must See TV.

They disappointed me with the Voodoo storyline. It doesn't make any sense. He chose Dillon because the coach was straight up and had some integrity. Then he acts like an that? No continuity.

My old lady give me the heat now about it. "You won't watch the OC with me because it's stupid, but you'll watch this because it has football in it." I had nothing for her. I was like, "Uh, yeah, I guess."

Yes I thought some of it made no sense but I really thought it was the best episode so far....although its getting to that point were it is turning into an OC/Grey's Anatomy type show.....shows that I absolutly hate and wish would be canceled.

I agree with Jig on this one, Lyla is amazing. We need some pictures of her instead of Saracen. If you missed it last night it will be on once again tonight at 8est.

Jersey, I felt the same way. The only thing I'm guessing is that we'll find out that Lyla's good ol' boy daddy ended up buying him without the coach knowing about it.

That guy reminds me of that character on the Simpsons for some reason.

Dude, my ex saw that I was DLn all the episodes off of Torrentspy.com She goes. "I thought you hate TV dramas. And isnt this just like your typical teen drama"

Edit: btw I havent sat through a show yet, I rather just DL them and watch em in succession like The Office.

Street came to the game. Smash had a Texas coach at the game looking at him and he failed miserably trying to impress him. Riggins ended stepping up and rallying them for the win. Then it went into starting the Smash/steroid angle which will be starting next week along with Street confronting Riggins about doing Lyla.

No. I think they could have done a better job with it.

The whole concept was that the team ends up rallying around Saracen, which is fine, but Tatum's character came and went way too fast.

The other puzzling thing: they get the win, get investigated and end up not having to forfeit, then Tatum gives an interview before he leaves for Louisiana and they have to forfeit again?

The entire Voodoo plot lacked depth. Needed more substance.

So far, though, the show overall has been pretty good.

Let's see how much I remember:

-Lyla was up gyrating on stage at a homecoming event
-Lyla was in the pool, but you couldn't see much because freakin' 6 was in the way
-Lyla was lying in bed talking on the phone
-Lyla was leading the cheers at the homecoming game.

Think that about sums it up......
