Fuller who does not yet have an ND offer is nonetheless planning on making a visit to South Bend this summer.

Fuller is now listed on Scout as having an ND offer. Rivals & B&G do not yet list him as an Offer. If confirmed, Fuller would be the first new ND offer in more than a month.

Scout shows Fuller with offers from Florida, LSU, OSU, Oklahoma, Texas A&M, and Wisconsin. He apparently is also holding offers from Alabama, Nebraska, Oklahoma State, and TCU.

Pretty impressive offer list, but no Texas.

From what I've heard, his stats we're all that impressive, but that had more to do with the offense of his high school than his skill level. His film is supposed to be excellent(I haven't seen it yet though). He appears to be blowing up though in terms of offers very recently.
