Then you'd be wrong. College football is like a political campaign. Always gotta have your face in the public eye...especially when you feel like you're being slighted or others are wronging you. If others are trying to put you in a bad light, dispute it and give evidence to support your story. Charlie did just that.
The man has a method to his madness...I live in Suckeye country (Cleveland) and obviously we get our fair share of TOSU coverage (till you're ready to puke at times...) however, low and behold...usually half the talk is about Notre Dame be it in the local fish wrap or on local sports radio. We're relevant...Charlie knows that and others are gonna talk about us...in Cleveland and nationally. Things will eventually even out in the end...but only if we win out.
Im not even remotely wrong.
This isnt an episode from Batman the TV series. Weis need not manufacture some diabolical pLot to put Notre Dame in a BCS. The only thing the man has to do, is go out on saturday and bring home the proverbial bacon.
Moving on, Notre Dame is going to be talked about for a variety of reasons OUTSIDE of this stupid idiotic topic. If you want to call it a political campaign, so be it. BUT remember, your words are suited best for what ive been preaching.
ACTIONS speak louder than words - something every "VOTER" wants from their "POLITICIAN."
